■ご出発
お時間に余裕をもって、安全第一でご案内いたします。
国内線の場合、フライトの90分前くらいに到着するように出発します。
国際線の場合、検疫が未了の場合は3時間前くらい、検疫が終わっている場合は2時間前くらいに到着するように出発します。
■ご到着
国内線の場合、到着後30分ほどで到着ロビー前にてピックアップしております。
国際線の場合は、到着後40分から60分くらいでピックアップとなります。
※なお、フライトの到着予定に応じて待機をしますので到着が1時間以上遅れる場合は待機料金が加算されます。（10分につき200円、1時間以内はサービス）
■ピックアップ方法について
羽田空港と成田空港ともに、ロビー前の道路が駐停車禁止となっております。そのため、ロビーから出られるタイミングでご連絡をお願いしております。
羽田空港：バス停付近は危険なのでタクシー、ハイヤーのりば付近にてピックアップとなります。
成田空港：一般車用のプラットホームにてピックアップしております。

■ペットのみの空輸にも対応
ペットのみを空輸する場合の、カーゴオフィスへの送迎も承っております。
Coco Taxi Kawaguchi branch offers airport transfers to and from Haneda and Narita airports.
■Departure
We will guide you with ample time and safety as our top priority.
For domestic flights, we will depart to arrive approximately 90 minutes before your flight.
For international flights, we will depart approximately 3 hours before departure if quarantine is not yet complete, and approximately 2 hours before departure if quarantine is complete.
■Arrival
For domestic flights, we will pick you up in front of the arrival lobby approximately 30 minutes after arrival.
For international flights, we will pick you up approximately 40 to 60 minutes after arrival.
Please note that we will wait for your flight according to its scheduled arrival time. If your arrival is delayed by more than one hour, a waiting fee will be added. (200 yen per 10 minutes; waiting for up to one hour is free of charge.)
■Pickup Method
At both Haneda and Narita airports, parking and stopping are prohibited on the road in front of the lobby. Therefore, please contact us when you are ready to leave the lobby.
Haneda Airport: Pickup will be near the taxi and hired car stand, as the area near the bus stop is dangerous.
Narita Airport: Pickup will be at the general vehicle platform.
We will guide you smoothly and safely.
We also offer transportation to and from the cargo office when transporting pets by air.
