ご出発
国内線の場合、フライトの90分前くらいに到着するように出発します。国際線の場合、検疫が未了の場合は3時間前くらい、検疫が終わっている場合は2時間前くらいに到着するように出発します。
ご到着
国内線の場合、到着後30分ほどで到着ロビー前にてピックアップしております。国際線の場合は、到着後40分から60分くらいでピックアップとなります。
羽田空港と成田空港は、ロビー前の道路が駐停車禁止となっており、ロビーから出られるようになったらご連絡をいただいております。羽田空港の場合、バス停付近は危険なのでタクシー、ハイヤーのりば付近にてピックアップとなります。成田空港の場合は、一般車用のプラットホームにてピックアップしております。
その他に、ペットのみを空輸する場合はカーゴオフィスへの送迎も承っております。

Departure
For domestic flights, we depart approximately 90 minutes before your flight. For international flights, we depart approximately 3 hours before departure if quarantine is not yet complete, and approximately 2 hours before departure if quarantine is complete.
Arrival
For domestic flights, we pick you up approximately 30 minutes after arrival in front of the arrival lobby. For international flights, we pick you up approximately 40 to 60 minutes after arrival.
At both Haneda and Narita airports, parking and stopping are prohibited on the road in front of the lobby. Please contact us once you are able to leave the lobby. At Haneda Airport, due to safety concerns near the bus stop, we pick you up near the taxi and hired car stands. At Narita Airport, we pick you up on the general vehicle platform.
In addition, if you are transporting only pets by air, we also offer transportation to and from the cargo office.
